The Clifton Hill Brewpub has replaced the old Clifton Hill Hotel. We brew our own beer, have a great menu, and also added some modern styling to the fit-out. In addition to our main bar area, you'll find a supplementary side bar and cosy courtyard.

Here at Dollar Bill Brewing we take fresh pressed fruit, honey and wort from local producers, which is then fermented and aged in French oak barrels. These barrels are then blended to create Belgian inspired ales, Ciders, Mead and barrel aged beers.
