Here at Dollar Bill Brewing we take fresh pressed fruit, honey and wort from local producers, which is then fermented and aged in French oak barrels. These barrels are then blended to create Belgian inspired ales, Ciders, Mead and barrel aged beers.

The Loch Brewery & Distillery is owned and operated by Craig Johnson and Melinda Davies. We make our products on site: a variety of traditional ales, single malt whisky and gins, with some special recipes along the way.

The iconic Aireys Pub closed down in 2011 after 107 years. We couldn’t live in a town with no pub, so we snuck it out from underneath the developers, reopened and reinvigorated the pub and installed a state of the art brewery.
