The original McCoppins was established in 1978, in fitzroy and was the first wine bar/gastro pub in Melbourne. Since then the business has evolved but the philosophy has not changed.
Our beers are all handcrafted on vintage brewing decks. Our brewers are honed into the fine art of brewing and unlike many other bigger and smaller breweries, we are not automated. Our Beer is crafted from our hands to yours.
