Hi. I'm Andrew Swift. I've been making beer for over 10 years and drinking it for far longer. kick|snare brewing is a new project which seeks to blend a couple of my passions in life: music and craft beer.

Morrison Brewery is an award winning craft brewery located in Launceston, Tasmania. Established in 2011, we are very much a family business, focusing on quality rather than quantity. Our focus is on balanced, traditional beer styles.

The ales are full bodied, smooth, dry and clean tasting. Any thoughts that this may be a sweet drink disappear on the first sip. They are a superb accompaniment to game, smoked foods, curries and spicy Asian dishes.
