Hi. I'm Andrew Swift. I've been making beer for over 10 years and drinking it for far longer. kick|snare brewing is a new project which seeks to blend a couple of my passions in life: music and craft beer.

Moo Brew consistently brews premium quality traditional styles of beer, we just tweak them a little. Founded by David Walsh in 2005. MONA is our taphouse.

Morrison Brewery is an award winning craft brewery located in Launceston, Tasmania. Established in 2011, we are very much a family business, focusing on quality rather than quantity. Our focus is on balanced, traditional beer styles.
