Braeside Brewing Co is an independently owned brewery and eatery. Having grown up in the area, we are excited to be finally serving our community- it has been a long-time coming!
With plans to re-establish a full scale production brewery and cellar door in Daylesford underway, Daylesford Brewing Co. beer is currently available in and around Daylesford venues with further regional and metropolitan expansion in the pipeline too
